Return Policy
We personally handle our Cuddle Sleeve® with as much tender loving care as the
baby who will rest on it. Therefore, we can only accept your return if all tags
are still attached, and there is no sign of use or mishandling. Returns,
exchanges and refunds will be issued if received within two weeks from date of
purchase.
Please call or email us for authorization. Shipping charges will not be
refunded and will be recharged for exchanges. Items should be shipped using a
tracking number.
