It is our hope that every mother and baby will enjoy the Cuddle Sleeve. We are extremely critical about the way each and every Cuddle Sleeve is handled during preparation for shipment, with cleanliness as a priority.
Each Cuddle Sleeve is packaged and shipped with loving care especially for you. You can rest assured that your Cuddle Sleeve has not been re-sold as a return from another customer. Because of the nature of our product, we can only accept returns if there is a manufacturer's defect. If that is the case, please contact us right away and we will provide all the information needed for the immediate return and refund.
